The beautiful, secluded location in close vicinity to Brunau Lake (including a beach) makes it the perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a family gathering. 140 sqm of living space provide sufficient space for group get-togethers.
The super-modern, well-equipped kitchen including a large gas stove is a highlight for all hobby chefs. It is just fun to indulge in culinary delights in this kitchen! Gather around the dining
room’s big table or relax on the comfortable couch in the living room – both located on the ground floor. Furthermore, one bathroom including shower and washing machine are located on the ground
floor.
The following rooms are situated on the top floor:
- 1 Master bedroom (king size: 1.80m x 2m) including a baby crib and a changing table
- 1 Bedroom (king size: 1.80m x 2m)
- 1 Bedroom (2 twin size beds: 1m x 2m)

Rest and relax on the terrace in the large garden, enjoy the view of the lake and the natural pond located on the property or dare your friends to have a badminton or volleyball match. WIFI is also available in the house during your stay. If you are coming with your vehicle, you may use three parking spots on the completely fenced property.
How much is it?
- Price per night: 100 € (1-6 persons), additional fee for less than 4 nights: 50 €
- Price for a single night: 190 € (1-6 persons), only on request!
- Max. 2 additional beds: 10 € per night/per bed
- Dog: 5 € per night
- Bed linen: 5 € per person for the duration of the stay
- Towels: 5 € per person for the duration of the stay
